We accept returns only in the following cases:
You received the wrong product.
The product is damaged or leaking at the time of delivery.
You received an expired product.
To be eligible for a return:
You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
A video recording of the parcel being unboxed must be provided as proof.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You must return the item via a reliable courier service within 3 days after approval.

Opened or used products
Products damaged after delivery
“Change of mind” or customer preference
Skincare, cosmetics, or hygiene-related items due to health & safety reasons
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed in the following situations:
The product was not available or went out of stock after payment.
You returned a product due to valid and approved reasons listed above.
An order was cancelled before dispatch.
Refund Method:
Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days through one of the following:
