We accept returns only in the following cases: You received the wrong product. The product is damaged or leaking at the time of delivery. You received an expired product. To be eligible for a return: You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. A video recording of the parcel being unboxed must be provided as proof. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
